At GIEX Estate Homes, we believe in keeping up to date on the latest development in all aspects of the building sciences.  This includes advances in structural engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.  With the rapid advancement being made in almost every aspect of residential building - from better structural components to the latest advancement in the science of soil dynamics and hydraulics, to better appliances or new technologies such as tankless water heaters - we keep ourselves educated in all of these areas so that we can build you a better home.   By doing this we can apply “best building practices” to all of the homes we build.  That’s why we invest as much time as we do in ongoing training.  This and our passion for excellence is why we only build exceptional estate homes.
